Refund
Want to return the license?
Write from the email used at checkout. Include the product and the store. You do not have to explain why.
If the purchase went through Stripe Managed Payments, you can also request a refund in the Link tools.
After a full refund the license comes back to us and stops working in the store. The money returns to the original payment method.
I would like a refund for the purchased product. I will add the store URL and order details in the message.

Straight rules, no tricks
We want you to test the product in your own shop. We do not want the same store to reset the clock with every repurchase.
- 14 days from the first purchase of a given product for a given production store
- A full refund, with no duty to give a reason
- For companies, agencies and stores - not only for consumers
- So you can install and test the product in your own environment
- Buying the same product again for the same store, including after a previous refund
- A plan change or a license upgrade
- A domain migration of the same store
- Custom development, implementations and work built to order
